*Standup Paddle board classes are best in the mornings, afternoons water is rough and heat can be extreme.

Yoga Class in Tropical Dome

Base Price is $100 for 2-4 people

Each additional person is $20

You choose the class style:

1. Yoga Flow fun & playful, 25 people max, 1 hour

2. Gentle Yoga Flow, 25 people max, 1 hour

3. Yin Yoga slow, passive stretching style, 25 people max, 1 hour

4. Yoga Trapeze (aka aerial yoga) 9 people max, 1 hour

5. Yoga on a Balance Board, 11 people max, 1 hour

6. Yoga Nidra, 25 people max, 1 hour

7. Drum Circle & Sound Immersion 50 people max, 1 hour

8. Drum Build Workshop $199/person Take home your own healing drum, 2 hours

*Dome in the summer can get very hot in the afternoons, it does have air but it is all glass.

Water Sound Bath Meditation

Base Price is $100 for 2-4 people

Each additional person is $20

*June-September in Pool Optional, October - May in Dome (no water).

Combining a sound bath with a swimming pool can create a unique and immersive experience. The buoyancy of water can relieve tension in muscles and joints, promoting a sense of ease and comfort. This can complement the relaxation induced by the sound bath, contributing to overall physical well-being. Pool is heated. 14-25 people max for pool depending how many want to be in the pool or 25 people max in dome, 1 hour
